We had done a lot of research and then visited the office on 441. The sales person was very thorough in their description, they explained the differences between their product and the competition without negative terms. They had samples of the competitors product and spent time demonstrating their own product and walking us thru their offices to see real life installations. We were shown the options in lenses and add-ons but with no pressure to upgrade.
