A Florida Certified Building Contractor license is issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and authorizes work on the structural components of a home. Holding this license means our work meets the state’s standards for construction quality and safety, and that we are accountable to a regulatory body if we do not.

Every Solatube installation involves penetrating your roof. A Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license means we are qualified and authorized to do that work correctly, with the right materials and the proper techniques to maintain your roof’s integrity and water tightness.
Florida Certified Solar Contractor | License No. CVC57042
Florida requires a separate contractor license for solar product installation, and it is one that many home improvement companies operating in this space simply do not have. Our Certified Solar Contractor license covers the solar powered attic fans and garage fans we install across Central Florida. It means our technicians are trained and authorized to install solar powered systems to state code, not just to manufacturer instructions.
Holding all three licenses together, building, roofing, and solar, means that every part of what we do is covered under an active, verified Florida contractor license. There is no gray area, no subcontracted work slipping through unlicensed, and no aspect of an installation that falls outside our legal authorization to perform it.
