Our warranty protects the original purchaser from water leaks directly resulting from workmanship during installation of Solatube Tubular Skylights, Garage Fans, or Solar Attic Fans as long as the products were installed by The Solar Guys. If a covered leak does occur, we’ll provide the labor and materials necessary to fix the issue promptly and professionally.
You must notify us within two (2) days of discovering a leak, defect, or deficiency to allow our team to inspect and repair the problem efficiently.
Repairs will be limited to the immediate vicinity of the issue. Color matching for replacement materials, such as aged shingles or paint, is not guaranteed.
Full payment according to the terms of your contract is required for this warranty to remain in force.
If the issue falls outside the scope of this warranty or involves a third-party product or installation, standard service charges will apply. This includes situations where no defect is found, or for maintenance tasks like cleaning, battery replacement, and inspections.
We provide prompt, professional repair service, and the warranty terms include clearly defined conditions and exclusions for transparency. Additionally, radiant barrier and attic insulation products are covered for two years.
