As an environmentalist who tries to live sustainably, I looked for months to find the right installers and system for me in KCMO area. (recommend using EnergySage, it's how I found The Solar Guys)
The installers were able to get everything done in two days. A 9.9KW system on a split-level home. The lead installer Brad gave me a very understandable explanation of the process. Answered all of my questions. The other installers Kyle and Jordan were hard working and polite. Any issues they would run it by me. Fully trust this team and Solar Guys.
The owners and salesmen felt honest and worked with me to find the right size system for my needs. There were difficulties finding historical usage for my previously vacant home, however TSG was able to find the info. I did finance my panels to afford the installation.
Their pre-inspection even found damaged breakers and they were able to wrap the new Fusebox into the solar loan agreement. 10/10 would hire again.

Appt was at noon but they showed up at 8. Said they would come back I was like no. 1) it's so much hotter at noon to be working in my attic and 2) I converted a patio sunroom into my office and its beeen ridiculously hot so lets git er done! I had Time insulation back when I lived in Clearwater Duke recommended them They told me we gave you a little "extra" sounds good right? nope when I had a home energy assesment there was no insulation in my living room and my sons room even though I paid to have the whole house insulated. Called the owner he said we would ever do that. Um sir I'm afraid you most certainly did do that. Long story short this company DID NOT do that to me. I even went up in the attic w a flashlight just to make sure but needn't have worried. All looks good. Highly recommend this company. The workers were very nice and thorough
The installer showed up right on time and installed 3 solar tubes in just a few hours. And when we asked for a fourth one, he said no problem and had that one installed quickly after. We love the extra light they provide, it brightens up the whole house.

I had a solar fan in a previous home and after a hail storm that destroyed my roof. Some windows, siding and wood fence. The fan didn't have a dent on it and the protective lens over the solar panel was perfect. I needed one in my new house, so I searched for distributors and found The Solar Guys. Communication was great, fair pricing and no surprises. Install was quick and efficient I would definitely recommend.
We had four solar tubes installed. The technician was on time and had all four winstalled in less than three hours. When he left, everything was spotless, very professional. I highly recommend "The Solar Guys".
The Solar Guys came out and installed 2 SolaTubes for us. One in the kitchen and one in the lanai by our pool deck. The improvement was immediate, I'm so glad we did it. The Solar Guys were very helpful, informative, patient, and skilled at there job. We just went thru Helene and Milton without any issues.
The two technicians that installed our 7 solar tubes an and a solar attic fan were wonderful. They worked hard in the 100+ degree heat on the outside of the house and the temperature in the attic. During the day we can see so much better because we have LIGHT! We also opted for the night lights and they are also fantastic .We highly recommend the solar guys
We had Brody and Joe, from the Solar Guys, insulate our entire house and add radiant barrier to our garage. Take a look at the attached pictures. Very professional job all the way. Look at the chart that shows our air conditioning usage before and after the insulation and radiant barrier. We had the insulation installed on Friday the 26th. From that day on, our A/C usage has dropped 25%. That's a real savings. Kudos for a job well done.
The installation was so smooth. Chris did an amazing job and was very professional. We love the amount of light in our kitchen now. It was the darkest room in the house but now when I leave the room I keep going back to turn off the light, only to realize the lights are not on! We are so happy with this product and company that we are considering having them come back to install an attic fan.
Prompt careful placement. Covered area to make sure there was no dust/insulation on the furniture. The light in the room is fantastic. This was a very dark space. The price was very reasonable.
The work was done very professionally as well as timely .. the installer was knowledgeable if the products and gave clear guidance on the usage of the dimmers and lights on the tubes . What a difference it made to get the sunshine now in our home !!
Got me in early, installed a solatube and cleaned my dryer vent. Eric was the installer and he definitely knew what he was doing and cleaned up before leaving. Jessie in the office was informative and communicated well, hope to deal with them again.
